An efficient and effective inspection requires at least 3-3.5 hours to thoroughly examine the property. It is preferred to have the client present during the inspection so inquiries may be answered on the spot. A detailed written report will be emailed to the client within 24 hours of the inspection.

Meet the President & Sr. Inspector
Jim Bodnarchuk is experienced in residential, commercial and industrial building and site supervision. Jim is adept at all phases of construction and renovation from demolition to design to closure. He meets all the demands for constructing R-2000 energy efficient high-end homes, to the renovation of multi-unit institutions.
Jim is certified with good standing under OntarioACHI (Ontario Association Certified Home Inspectors) and CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors). Jim has achieved his CCHI designation with on going educational courses from OntarioACHI in 2018. He is trained in providing Mold Inspections as well as Ozonation.
