We will accompany you as you walk through your new home with the builder’s representative to identify, and document, any deficiencies that may have occurred during or after construction and help you prepare a maintenance schedule for your contractor and your home.

Builders are required to conduct a PDI of all freehold homes and condominium units. At the mandatory PDI, builders must complete a standardized pre-delivery form containing all the information in Tarion’s standard Pre-Delivery Form. The Tarion warranty requires the owner to submit deficiency inspections at 30 days, 1 year and 2 years. We will help you prepare a maintenance schedule for your contractor and your home for this duration. To learn more visit www.tarion.com.
